DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Sublimation??? What sublimation the logos came off in water. They were rubbish transfers. Spent hours trying to get a refund these suppliers offered nothing and Alibaba offered just under 50%. Such a joke no buyer protection at all. crushing for a small business! Disgusting.

This listing is listed as a sublimation mug - this would mean they would be sublimatable. The product I got was not. Throughout the process of trying to get what I ordered she flat out lied and said that I had to specify that they get a sublimation coating before I ordered, but she never told me this in the process. She also sent messages to me AFTER I started the refund process that she used as "evidence" against me. I am still out $200 after finally getting a partial refund. However, the seller never agreed to refund any amount to me. They should have some sort of punishment for providing goods that are not as advertised. I have been doing sublimation for several years and ordering sublimation products for several years also and when I order "SUBLIMATION" products, that is what I expect to get. Very disappointed in this supplier and this person specifically. I would caution anyone from doing business with them/her.
